The Koyorad “R” Series Racing Radiator features a robust 48mm all-aluminum core mated to polished aluminum end tanks for both performance and visual appeal. Each unit is manufactured using state-of-the-art Nocolok brazing technology, ensuring a seamless bond between brackets, headers, tubes, and fins for superior durability and thermal efficiency.

Hand-crafted aluminum end tanks are TIG-welded using advanced Heliarc soldering techniques, then polished to a mirror finish for a high-end look. The radiator maintains OEM-spec mounting points, allowing direct fitment without major modifications. For optimal performance, the use of aftermarket electric fans is strongly recommended.

Additional features include a 1/8" NPT sensor port, precise tube-and-fin alignment, and compatibility with Koyorad Hyper Radiator Caps (sold separately) to raise system pressure to 1.3 bar—enhancing overall cooling performance. Designed specifically for manual transmissions, but can also be used with automatic transmissions when paired with an external cooler.
