At Part Shop Midori, we are dedicated to getting your high-performance JDM components to you accurately, securely, and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policies below.


Processing and Delivery Times

Order Processing

  • Standard Processing: Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our facility in Cape Coral, Florida.

Shipping Times

  • Domestic Shipping: Shipping times vary based on your location and the service level you select at checkout. We aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible via reputable carriers.


Domestic Shipping (Contiguous U.S.)

  • Standard Freight: Unless otherwise specified, our standard shipping rates cover freight only within the 48 contiguous United States.

  • Shipping Guarantee: We partner with trusted carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS) to ensure reliable delivery.


International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally! We frequently send parts to enthusiasts worldwide, from Canada and Europe to Australia and beyond.

  • International Freight: Our international shipping charges cover freight only.

  • Duties and Taxes: The customer is solely responsible for all local charges, including customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other local clearance charges. These fees are collected by your local customs authority and are not included in the price paid to Part Shop Midori.

  • Shipping Restrictions: In rare cases, we may temporarily restrict shipping to specific countries due to high rates of fraud or complex logistical issues. If your country is affected, our customer service team will contact you promptly after placing your order.


Refused or Undeliverable Orders

If an order is refused by the customer upon delivery or deemed undeliverable by the carrier (due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or other reasons), the package will be returned to our facility.

  • Processing: These returns are processed under our Standard Return Policy.

  • Fees: All applicable restocking fees, original shipping charges, and return freight costs (including any "return-to-sender" fees assessed by the carrier) will be deducted from your product refund.

  • Recommendation: If you decide to return an item, please accept the shipment and follow our formal RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process to minimize fees and delays.
