About Mishimoto

Mishimoto is an American performance cooling company established in 2005. Created by enthusiasts for enthusiasts, it is headquartered in a 68,000 sq ft facility in Garnet Valley, Pennsylvania, which also houses its engineering studio, with additional offices in Sparks, Nevada, and in London, Shanghai and Sydney.

Mishimoto's in-house engineering team handles all research and development using 3D modeling, dynamometers and computational fluid dynamics analysis. The catalog has grown from cooling upgrades such as aluminum radiators, silicone hoses, oil coolers and intercoolers into intakes, intercooler piping, catch cans and other performance parts for sport compacts, trucks and classics. Every product is backed by a lifetime warranty that the company says includes accident protection for cars and trucks.

Mishimoto and the JDM scene

Heat is the enemy of any modified engine, especially boosted Japanese engines that see track days, drift sessions or hot summer traffic. Mishimoto's direct-fit aluminum radiators, silicone hose kits, oil coolers and intercoolers have made it a common name in the sport compact world, with especially deep coverage of turbocharged Subaru and Mitsubishi platforms and newer Toyota performance cars.
